HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Any Items that we clear under cost price and are sold at a loss to the business, can not be refunded.  These items include all items that are currently in sales.

Jewelleries and sunglasses cannot be returned ( for health or hygiene reasons). 

Please note there is £3.99 handling/restocking fee for all returns.

The items are unworn and unwashed if its shoes, the items haven’t been worn and show no signs of dirts. The items still have the tags attached with no sign of tampering. There’s no makeup stains or dirt marks, returned in original condition, and packaging.  

Exception : any return of our unique  piece ( hand embellishments, as “ LA PERLA ” “ L’ABEILLE NOIR ”, " LA BIANCA " and “ LE BLANC “ “AZURE” “ROYAL NOIR “ and all other embellishments garnements 15% restocking fees will be charged. 

PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure to take great care when trying on your item as we understand you may not intend to keep every item, however, any item/items found with markings, makeup, perfume smell or damage will not be refunded whether they have been worn or unworn. We will not accept liability for items returned back not in original condition.

In your return parcel, you will have to joint with the item you wanna return a letter explaining why you’re returning (was it too big, too small? just not what you thought?), and please print the order confirmation we have emailed you when you made the purchase ( it has to show the item you bought and the order number )Enclose your printed confirmation order and the letter you wrote with the item(s) and package up. 

Oh, and don’t forget to keep your proof of postage – we’ll need this if there are issues with your return. 

ROYAL MAIL Take your parcel to any Post Office counter and ask for a certificate of postage from the Post Office if you’re not already given one. Make sure to send your item via track and signed. 

 

Please note that: Items that you wish to return must be sent to us no later than 14 days from the date you receive them. We will not accept any returns after this time has passed.
