I recently ordered this trench coat, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The delivery was very quick, and the quality of the coat exceeded my expectations. This was my first purchase, but it definitely won't be my last. Thank you for such a fantastic product and service!"

I strongly do not recommend this seller. The quality of the products does not match the price. Additionally, you have to pay for both delivery and returns if you decide you don’t like the item. On top of that, there are extra charges of £3.99 for no clear reason, which was very disappointing. I made the purchase through Klarna, but the finance team contacted me directly via email, asking me to settle the payment of £13.99. This was highly unprofessional and shocking. I will never shop at this store again.
